Arizona Real Estate

I'm so very glad you found our Arizona real estate site and I hope your experience here is different than any other real estate site you visit.

I am a native Phoenician and if you have lived here for any length of time or are looking to move here you probably know that much of the wealth in Arizona is somehow tied to real estate. Besides sun shine, the only other thing we have a lot of is real estate in AZ.

One of my personal frustrations with the Arizona real estate community on the web is that there are very few people providing good unbiased information. It seems like all you can find are:

• National websites that only have general information and any Realtor they recommend got on the list by simply paying an advertising fee.
• Local Realtor web sites that were purchased by some web template company and have no unique content besides the Realtor's picture and phone number.
• A local Realtor's website which has good information, but they make you give all your contact info if you want to read any of it.
• But once in a great while you will stumble on to a site like this one that doesn't charge advertising dollars, isn't run by a Realtor, and gives you access to almost everything without you ever having to worry about a sales person calling you without express permission.
