Professional Information
Thanks so much for your consideration to hire me as your Peoria Arizona Realtor. Most of my
business is referral based so I spend a lot of time getting to know you and being
around to support you through all of the steps involved in buying or selling your
home.
- I'll be at every inspection
- I'll be there when you are signing any documents
- I'll be on time for all our appointments
- I promise I'll even return all your calls in a timely manner
(you'd be surprised how often people tell me I am the first Realtor
that has called them back)
I do all of this because I know you probably haven't bought and
sold as many homes as I have and you are going to have questions during these different steps.
I am representing your interests so you can be sure you are getting a straight answer from me right
there when you need it.
I consider myself a Peoria Arizona Realtor because I live in Peoria and most of my business is
focused in the northwest Valley, but I am licensed to do business anywhere in the greater Phoenix
area so
I can help you with anything related to Arizona real estate.
I am a native of Arizona, but I haven't lived here my entire life. For most of my grade
school years my family lived in Kileen, Texas. It is a small town near the Ft. Hood army base.
We still have a lot of family on my dad's side there. My mom's family lives in Arizona and we
moved back here when I was about 13.
I attended Glendale high school off of 67th Avenue and Glendale Road. Of course I made a
lot of friends and with the invention of Facebook have been able to reconnect with many of
them again. Most of my "jobs" when I was younger had something to do with selling shoes.
I eventually worked my way up into retail management.
After I married and had my two beautiful children I was looking for
a new career which would allow me to spend more time actually raising my kids instead
of just picking them up from day care. I had always thought I would enjoy real estate.
Looking at homes was always fun and I already had a solid customer service
background from my days in retail management. Working for yourself has a steep learning
curve and not many people make it, but I have been fortunate. I've been a Peoria Arizona
Realtor since 2004 so I guess I can safely say I have "made it".
I'm not a work-a-holic. I believe I work very hard for my clients, but
I still enjoy having a life. I believe real estate is still a business based on
relationships. The top Arizona real estate agents have teams working for them. You
rarely ever get to talk to them, and maybe never see them. I do have some partners
that I work with, but if you do decide to hire me you will be dealing with me directly.
The only time someone else may help you is if I am out of town, sick, or I have a
conflict that can not be rescheduled.
I have been helping people as their Peoria Arizona Realtor since I
originally became licensed in 2004 right before the Arizona real estate market went
crazy. I didn't know the real estate market was about to go nuts. Unfortunately I was so new
I didn't get to take advantage of the explosion in home sales. I hadn't figured out what I was
doing yet. Now I am experienced and I am 100% confident that I can help you buy or sell a
home.
I started my Peoria Arizona Realtor career with Coldwell Banker and when I decided to move on and
find a new company I landed with Re/Max. I spent a couple years at Re/Max, but with the change in
the real estate market, I decided to find a new company once again.
I'm now with one of the fastest growing real estate companies in Arizona. It is called Realty
One Group. I love it here.
As I mentioned earlier I focus on Peoria AZ real estate, but I work a lot with out of
town buyer's moving to Arizona. This requires me to know all of the surrounding areas
because many of my clients don't know exactly where they want to live yet. I end up
helping people buy and sell homes all over the Valley.
Fun Stuff.
When my husband and I purchased our first home in 1998 we chose Peoria. It was a nice
starter home located near 91st Avenue and Deer Valley Road. There wasn't much more than
desert out there at the time, but it grew quickly. We had our eye on a new development near
75th Avenue and Deer Valley and when it opened in 2006 we purchased our second home in Peoria
also. I obviously have a soft spot for Peoria. I'd like to convince my husband to
look for our next home out in Vistancia. We'll see...
Also I am a border line nut case when it comes to sports. You'll notice above that I take
Sundays off during football season. I really love Sunday football. I yell at the TV and
everything. I latched onto the Bears when I was young, the year of the Super Bowl shuffle, and I have
always been a Phoenix Suns fan. I'm pretty die hard about football though.
Other than that, if you are looking for an up front, honest, no sugar coating, tell it
like it is Peoria Arizona Realtor please contact me so that I have a chance to earn your confidence to
represent you with the purchase or sale of your next home.
